Sunday Morning Thoughts

Sometimes, you just know it’s going to be one of “those” days. A day that, right off the bat, is bad. You wake up late or are running late or both. You can’t find your keys. You forgot to get dry cleaning. And while sitting in traffic you begin regretting the ice cream with a side of ice cream snack from the night before. Which I’ve totally done Not that I’ve ever done that…

Today is not one of “those” days. Today is one of those days. A day where you beat your alarm by two hours. A day where you forgo a sweatshirt on an impromptu bike ride and relish the feel of the crisp air on bare skin for 5 miles. A day where 12 minutes of yoga is just as good as 45. A day where the scent of coffee has healing powers. A day that feels possible.

Let’s have more of those days.
