Weekly Workout April 8 – April 13

I find that if I don’t write my workouts down or have a (semi)solid plan to follow throughout the week that my workouts are much more lax, sporadic, and unenthusiastic. I don’t follow this as a set in stone rule, but it helps to have a guide for fun and creative exercise!

Workouts for the week of April 8 – April 13

Monday: 2 mile run, 9 min. mile pace, abs

Tuesday: Kettle bell tabata workout, 25 minutes + warm up & cool down

Wednesday: Yoga, 45 minutes

Thursday: bodyweight circuits, 30 minutes

Friday: bike ride, 30 minutes, TRX

Saturday: Yoga, 20 minutes
